Beneath the marble-topped bar of Third Coast Provisions, a flight of red-lit stairs descends into something unexpected. Opened in September 2024, The Loon Room is part cocktail lounge, part Wisconsin tavern, all heart. Head bartender Mahir Ahmed brings the menu to life with craft cocktails built on local ingredients, from infused rums and fruit shrubs to shareable fishbowls. A hand-painted forest mural, dim lighting, and woodsy touches make strangers feel like regulars. A $3 Pabst sits comfortably next to a craft cocktail. That's the point.
